Product Description

The South of France is full of provencal roads lined with rich purple, and boy is it a site to see. It also holds the lavender capital of the world, a town called Valensole, this scarf's namesake.

One thing Wells, the artist, loved about this region was how earth-toned it was. Sure, lavender is considered a pastel. But its surroundings included olive greens, dusty clays, and granite greys. The contrast was beautiful and inspired this scarf's color palette.

Materials and Sizing

Materials:

Machine-washable silk scarves are equal parts delicate and durable.

Print is visible about 50% on the back side

Each scarf is printed and sewn by hand in Montreal, Canada

Sizing:

26" x 26" - Perfect for hair, purse, or neck ties.

36" x 36" - Great for shawls or scarf tops. Can also be double wrapped for a thicker neck scarf!

Care Recommendations

Machine wash in cold water with phosphate-free detergent
Hang to dry, iron on a synthetic setting
May shrink slightly after the first wash, but the color will not fade
