Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of your order arriving in your mailbox. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Store Credit:

• Store credit can be used on any future purchase with us and is valid for one year.

• Items must be received by the carrier within the 14-day window to be eligible for store credit.

• All returns must be in new or unused condition with the original tags attached.

• Returns for store credit are free, and there is no return label fee. However, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges can be made if we have the correct item(s) in stock.

• The carrier must receive items within the 14-day window to be eligible for an exchange.

• All exchanges must be in new or unused condition with the original tags attached.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

• Please access our returns portal to manage a return request for store credit or an exchange.

• Follow the instructions provided in the portal to print your return label.

• Once we receive your returned items, we will promptly process your store credit or exchange.
