Position Overview

The Fall Operations Intern will be a key member of our Operations team, ensuring that day-to-day e-commerce  operations are executed as planned. This position will work across various departments, including marketing, e-commerce, and customer care, to ensure product is received and shipped out. This role demands an individual who is passionate about effective and efficient operations, loves systems, and has a strategic mindset.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication for shipments with Gabi's, our Fulfillment Partner
  • Manage event preparation and execution
  • Manage Inventory and Purchase Order process with our e-commerce team
  • Create processes for incoming inventory receiving, damages, return processing
  • Manage affiliate partner mailings / gifted product
  • Manage day-to-day return processing with Loop
  • Record standard operating procedures in Guru 

As a member of our Fall intern class, you'll:

  • Develop a global view of e-commerce business strategy
  • Understand project management systems in place to maintain accountability when scaling
  • Gain an understanding of e-commerce KPIs 
  • Be a part of a fast-growing US based e-commerce brand
  • Have an opportunity for a future paid position based on performance
