Position Overview

The Fall Marketing Intern will be a key member of our Marketing team, ensuring that day-to-day marketing operations are executed as planned. This position will work across various departments, including marketing, operations, and customer care, to ensure maintenance, and efficient utilization of digital content. This role demands an individual who is passionate about brand storytelling, data-driven marketing tactics, and has a strategic mindset to manage outgoing messages on our marketing channels.

This individual will report to our Marketing Channels Manager.

 Core Responsibilities

• Manage social scheduling (Feed, Instagram Stories, and Reels)
• Manage organic social posting to increase engagement
• Sourcing from shared video and photo folders to identify content opportunities for Behind the Scenes and organic social content
• Outline email content
• Reporting on the success of Instagram engagement and traffic
• Generating new ideas to increase engagement and site traffic from the Instagram channel
• Additional responsibilities may be given based on experience

• Develop a global view of e-commerce business strategy
• Understand project management systems in place to maintain accountability when scaling
• Gain an understanding of e-commerce KPIs 
• Be a part of a fast-growing US based e-commerce brand
